Contract Terms / Conditions

The contract will cover the supply of support staff across various categories.

  • A comprehensive contract agreement shall be forwarded after the contract terms have been approved
  • RECORE shall provide a relief staff to cover the leave period of any support staff
  • Where any staff leaves employment, RECORE shall provide replacement in record time

Professional Fees

Professional fees are charged based on the proposed salary breakdown to be provided.

Staff Range Fee
0 - 50 staff 20%
51 - 100 staff 15%
101 and above 12%
Service Charge

The service charge covers cost of supervision, administration, and other ancillary expenses.

*Fees shall be reviewed in line with industry standards.

Administration
Salary handling, invoicing timelines, statutory returns, and other variable items

Mode Of Salary Payment

  • We are obligated to be timely and effective in order to ensure the ease and comfort of our staff
  • All salaries are paid through banks, with continuous improvements in banking packages and technology helping to resolve old payment bottlenecks

Invoicing and Salary Timing

  • Agency to submit invoice at least 10 days before pay day
  • Agency expects payment at least five days before payday
  • Staff accounts to be credited on the eve of payday

Other Variable Invoice Items

  • Kitting (Personal Protective Equipment)
  • Insurance (Group Accident, Employee Compensation for drivers and FDG for stewards/bank tellers)
  • Bonuses
  • Periodic review

All statutory returns such as taxes and pension are expected to reach the appropriate regulators not later than the 15th day of the succeeding month.
