Patricia Okerenta is the Chief Executive Officer of Recore Limited and a Human Resource practitioner with over 20 years of experience in Human Resource and Personnel Management.
She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (ACIPM), a fellow of the Institute of Strategic Human Capital Managers (FSHCM), and a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, UK.
She holds a B.Sc./Ed in Economics and Statistics from the University of Benin and an M.Sc. in Industrial and Labour Relation from the University of Lagos.
Olu Awogbemila is a graduate of Mass Communication and also holds a Master Degree in International Law and Diplomacy and a Post Graduate Diploma in Philosophy from the University of Lagos.
He practised as a journalist between 1985 and 1991 before moving into banking, where he spent 12 years in Corporate Affairs, Human Resources, and General Administration.
At Lead Bank Plc he managed corporate image, human capital, fleet, premises, and facilities. He later helped set up Recore Limited and has served as Executive Director since 2004. He is an alumnus of Lagos Business School (SMP 10), an author, a fellow of the Institute of Strategic Human Capital Managers, and a member of the Nigerian Institute of Training and Development.
Kolade Omodara is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and holds a B.Sc. in Accounting from Ogun State University, Ago-Iwoye, as well as an M.Sc. in Transportation Management and Administration from the University of Lagos.
He is an alumnus of Metropolitan School of Business Administration, UK, with executive management training in business management and has more than 15 years of experience in human resources, administration, and outsource support staff management.
Before joining Recore Limited, he worked with ICS Limited where he served in leadership roles across financial services and client accounts management, overseeing support staff operations for major banking and non-bank institutions.
Adelanke Adewumi Ayoola, SPHRI, ACIHRM, CHRP, is a graduate of Human Resource Management from IRGIB Africa University and also holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resources.
She is known for a clear, logical approach to problem solving and has developed leadership, management, and technical skills that support best work practices, reduce EHS risks, ensure compliance, and maximize organizational performance.
Kator Agera is a graduate of Geography from Benue State University and holds a Master degree in Geographic Information Systems from the University of Lagos.
He has worked as a financial consultant with Gyasda Global Services and brings over 10 years of experience in client relationship management and marketing.
